Investigation Report on Olive Industry Development in Liangshan Prefecture,Sichuan Province

文章在充分了解四川省凉山彝族自治州发展油橄榄有利条件基础上,就油橄榄开发及扶贫攻坚问题进行初步探索。认为油橄榄产业十分适合作为凉山扶贫攻坚的重要产业抓手,必须走一、二、三产业融合发展之路。应充分借鉴油茶产业发展的经验教训,进行切实乡土调查,组织专家反复论证,将规划落实到山头地块,以地定产,以良种苗木和栽培技术作后盾,产能建设一定匹配。提出金融支持凉山州油橄榄产业的4个关键点。

On the basis of fully understanding the favorable conditions for the development of Olive Industry in Liangshan Prefecture, the article made a preliminary exploration on the issue of olive resources development and poverty alleviation. It was believed that the Olive Industry was very suitable as an important industry for Liangshan to help the poor, and must take the road of integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries. We should fully learn from the experience and lessons of the development of the Camellia oleifera industry, carry out a practical local investigation, organize experts to demonstrate repeatedly, and implement the plan to the hilltop plot to determine the real estate, backed by improved seedlings and cultivation techniques, to cultivate resources based on industrial demand. Capacity building should be matched with total resources. It proposed four key points for financial support to the Liangshan olive industry development.
