生命历程视角下的互联网企业工作压力机制及性别差异研究

Gender-Based Work Stress in Internet Companies from a Life Course Perspective

随着互联网产业发展过程中工作压力问题的逐渐凸显,特别是在女性劳动者仍需承担工作和家庭双重角色的背景下,男女两性的工作压力作用机制差异问题日益受到重视。文章引入生命历程研究视角,利用其所强调的时序特征和空间特征,将个体特征、社会结构和历史文化引入工作压力机制的分析中,试图呈现互联网企业生产体制中工作压力机制在男女两性不同生命阶段的共性与差异。尤其是对于女性来说,生育阶段家庭角色分工、组织性别策略和个人性别认同所构成的性别再社会化过程,成为其独特工作压力作用模式的重要基础,也构成工作压力机制性别差异的核心解释脉络。

Along with the rise of work stress in the development of Internet industry,especially in the context of female labour still shouldering the work and family double burden,gender-based differences in work stress requires attention.This paper adopts a life course perspective,especially with its emphasis on time and space,in an analysis of work stress at the levels of the individual,social structure and history and culture so as to uncover the similarities and differences between men and women in different life stages in Internet industries.In particular,for women who are at the bearing age,family-based division of labour,the organization's gender-based strategy and individuals'gender awareness are important contributing factors to their work 'stress and hence,key storylines to explain the constitution of gender-based differences in work stress.
