摘要
将聚丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺、高岭土及淀粉作为原料,使用溶液聚合法实现高吸水性材料的制备,并且对材料的性能进行分析。研究了聚丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺、高岭土及淀粉高吸水性复合材料工艺条件及对材料耐盐影响,通过制备得到了吸水倍率样品。使用扫描电镜及红外光谱对复合材料结构及形态进行全面分析,表示共聚物对于高吸水性复合材料分解温度及表面结构具有一定的影响。
polyacrylic acid acrylamide,kaolin and starch were used as raw materials to prepare the high water absorbent materials by solution polymerization,and the properties of the materials were analyzed.The process conditions for polyacrylic acid-acrylamide,kaolin and starch superabsorbent composites were studied as well as the salt tolerance of the materials.The structure and morphology of the composites were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM)and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),which indicated that the copolymer had a certain influence on the decomposition temperature and surface structure of the high water absorbent composite.
