摘要 以AlCl3为催化剂,将1-C10与1-C12烯烃在不同条件下混合齐聚制备一种高性能PAO润滑油基础油。利用响应曲面法分析了试验条件A(反应时间)、B(反应温度)、C(C10/C12质量比)的交互作用对所得PAO试验结果(100℃粘度、粘度指数、收率)的影响,并进行了优化处理。结果表明:A(反应时间)和C(C10/C12质量比)的交互作用对100℃粘度影响最为显著,其最佳取值分别为9 h和1∶3;A(反应时间)和B(反应温度)的交互作用对粘度指数影响最为显著,其最佳取值分别为3 h和60℃;A(反应时间)和C(C10/C12质量比)的交互作用对收率影响最为显著,其最佳取值分别为5.5 h和2∶1。 Abstract:Taking A1C13as catalyst,high performance PAO lube base oil was prepared from 1-decene and 1-dodecene under different conditions by oligomerization reaction.Response surface methodology was used to analyze the effect of the interactions between test conditions A (reaction time),B (reaction temperature),and C (mass ratio of C10/C12) on the test results (100℃ viscosity,viscosity index,yield)of the PAO,and the reaction conditions were optimized. The results showed that the interaction between the reaction time A and the mass ratio of C10/C12Chad the most significant influence on the viscosity at 100℃,and the optimal values were 9h and 1:3.The interaction between the reaction time A and the reaction temperature B had the most significant effect on the viscosity index,and the optimal values were 3h and 60℃.The interaction between the reaction time A and,the reaction temperature B had the most significant effect on the solidifying point,and the optimal values were 6h and 25℃.The interaction between the reaction time A and the mass ratio of C10/C12C had the most significant effect on the yield,and the optimal values were 5.5h and 2:1.
