摘要
通过在流通领域购样,对气球中有害物质包括N-亚硝胺、邻苯二甲酸酯类及挥发性化合物等的含量及其迁移量进行检测。用气相色谱质谱法、气相色谱法等方法对有害物质进行含量及迁移量的检测,结果发现检测的15批次样品中7批次样品检出N-亚硝胺、2批次样品检出了邻苯二甲酸酯类、15批次样品挥发性化合物结果均比较高;在进行迁移量的检测时发现,7批次检出N-亚硝胺的样品在唾液模拟液中均发现了N-亚硝胺迁移。通过评估模型计算及专家评估方式,对N-亚硝胺计算经口途径的暴露量、挥发性化合物计算暴露浓度,以及对检测的N-亚硝胺、邻苯二甲酸酯类及挥发性化合物进行专家风险评估,初步分析确定橡胶气球中有害物质N-亚硝胺、邻苯二甲酸酯类及挥发性化合物的风险情况。
Contents and migration quantity of harmful substances including N-nitrosamines,phthalic acid ester and other volatile compounds in the balloon purchased from markets were determined by gas-chromatography mass spectrometry,gas chromatography and other methods.The results showed that,in 15batches of samples,7batches of samples contained N-nitrosamines,2batches of samples contained phthalic acid esters,the volatile compounds content in the 15batches samples was relatively high.The migration quantity test results showed that the migration of N-nitrosamines in simulated saliva fluid was detected in 7batches of samples with N-nitrosamines.Through calculation of the evaluation model and expert evaluation method,exposure dose of N-nitrosamines through the mouth way was calculated as well as exposure concentration of volatile compounds,the expert risk assessment of detected N- nitrosamines,phthalic acid esters and volatile compounds harmful substances was carried out.The risk of N-nitrosamines,phthalic acid esters and of volatile compounds in the rubber balloon was analyzed.
