摘要 空气泡沫驱可以大幅度提高低孔低渗、非均质性突出的高含水油藏采收率,起泡剂的筛选是空气泡沫驱的基础实验之一。针对子北油田南沟岔理829井区常温高盐轻质烃类油藏条件,进行了泡沫体系筛选实验。采用Ross-Miles方法,以起泡体积和泡沫半衰期为评价指标,对起泡剂HK-59、DF-1、氟碳101005、氟碳101016进行筛选并确定最佳浓度,起泡剂HK-59浓度为0.25%时泡沫性能最佳,将其与两性离子稳泡剂HK-58复配并确定最优复配比例,评价了HK体系、氟碳101005、氟碳101016在最佳浓度下的耐盐、耐二价钙离子、耐油性能。实验结果表明:在35.6℃、矿化度50 957.94 mg/L条件下,HK体系发泡后起泡体积为209mL,半衰期近3.5h,总浓度0.25%、HK-58:HK-59=5:5的HK系列具有良好的泡沫性能。该体系耐矿化度、钙离子浓度分别高达80 000、17 000 mg/L,含油量为50%时该体系起泡体积仍有124 mL,半衰期达3.6 h,有较强的耐盐耐钙耐油能力,为子北油田南沟岔理829井区进行空气泡沫驱提供了技术支撑。 The air foam flooding can significantly improve the recovery of high water-bearing oil reservoirs with low porosity,low permeability and prominent heterogeneity.The screening of foaming agents is one of the basic experiments of air foam flooding.The foam system screening experiments were carried out for light hydrocarbon reservoirs with the reservoir conditions of normal-temperature and high-salt in Li829well area of Nangoucha,Zibei Oilfield.Using the Ross-Miles method,the foaming volume and foam half-life were used as evaluation indexes, HK-59,DF-1,fluorocarbon 101005and fluorocarbon 101016were screened and the optimum concentration of each agent was determined.The foaming agent HK-59with the best foam property and zwitterionic foam stabilizer HK-58 were compounded and the optimal compounding ratio was determined.The salt tolerance,divalent calcium ion resistance and oil resistance of HK agent,fluorocarbon 101005and fluorocarbon 101016were evaluated under the optimal concentration.The experimental results showed that the initial foaming volume of the HK agent was 209mL, and the half-life was nearly 3.5h under the condition of 35.6℃ and salinity of 50957.94mg/L.The total concentration of HK agent was determined to be 0.25%,and its composition ratio was 5:5.HK agent had good foam properties,and the mineralization resistance and calcium ion resistance were up to 80000and 17000mg/L, respectively.When the oil content was 50%,the foaming volume of the system was still 124mL,the half-life was 3.6h The paper can provide technical support for air foam flooding in Li829well area ofNangoucha,Zibei Oilfield.
