摘要
分析了两种催化剂生产的聚乙烯单丝树脂产品的物性,并与国产的5000S进行对比,明确了产品间的物性差异,为进一步提高单丝产品质量提供理论依据。研究结果表明,采用新催化剂生产的FHF7750M产品各项性能达到或优于5000S水平。此外,该新催化剂生产的粉料颗粒粒径整体偏大,有效地减少了粉料中的细粉含量,降低流化床压差,有利于装置长期平稳运行。
The properties of two polyethylene monofilament resin products produced by different catalysts were analyzed,and were compared with domestic 5000S,the property differences of products were explicitly illuminated, which couid provide a theoretical basis for further improving the quality of monofilament products.The research result shows that the performance of the product produced by new catalyst reaches or exceeds the level of 5000S.In addition, the particle size of powder produced by new catalyst is relatively large,which can effectively reduce the content of fine powder in the powder and the pressure difference of fluidized bed,which is beneficial to the long-term stable operation of the plant.
