摘要
论述了杜邦公司IsoTherming全液相加氢技术在中海油惠州石化有限公司340万t/a全液相柴油加氢装置上的应用。与"滴流床"加氢技术相比,采用该技术催化剂床层由于处于全液相,接近等温操作,反应效率高、高压设备少,在一次性投资、操作能耗等方面,都有较大程度的降低。
Application of Du Pont's IsoTherming hydroprocessing technology in 3.4Mffa full liquid diesel hydrogenation unit of CNOOC Huizhou petrochemical company was discussed.The key point of IsoTherming hydroprocessing technolog'y is that the catalyst bed is in full liquid phase,which is close to isothermal operation. Compared with the traditional trickle bed hydrogenation technology,this technology has higher efficiency and less high-voltage equipment,and.has a large degree of reduction in one-time investment and operating energy consumption.
