摘要
本文以明正德款绿彩龙纹小缸的清洗为研究案例,通过判定粉尘沉积、修复材料残留、金属氧化物色斑等污染物种类,选择超声波与相应化学试剂结合的方法实施清洗操作,分析了瓷质文物常见污染物的类别、成因及影响,总结了相应污染物、附着物的清洗原理及操作方法。同时,作者就目前瓷质文物清洗过程中缺乏的工艺规范及效果评估标准展开讨论,希望能为确立这一规范提供一定思路。
The result of an experimental cleaning test of a Ming-dynasty porcelain jar by the procedure of identifying and removing the dust deposits, material residues and metal oxide stains on it with ultrasonic wave and appropriate chemical reagents suggests the common contaminants and causes and effects in the thesis. It therefore sums up the scientific principles and approaches to eliminating the polluting materials and attachments to chinaware, expecting to come up with the effective solution and standard procedure for chinaware cleaning process.
