《文选》版本系统中重要的《五臣注文选》单行本系列,在流传中呈现出文本稳定性强、传播普及度高等鲜明特点。其版本变迁虽然因不同传播媒介的影响而展现为唐钞、宋刻两个阶段,各本间亦有或多或少的差异,但该系版本的框架、体例和文字都没有蒙受大规模改动及其他《文选》系列严重干扰的痕迹,其白文在大体上反映着梁昭明太子萧统所撰《文选》的原貌。在《文选》的传播与普及中,五臣注本是真正的主体与中坚力量,体现着《文选》传播范围的广度和根植受众的深度,在不同时代、不同地域中发挥着《文选》的文学影响。

As an important system of Wen xuan,the edition annotated by five masters is steady and popular in the spreading process.The text in this edition system reflects the original feature of Wen xuan on the whole because its framework,style and characters have not been subject to large scale changes and disturbances from other systems,although there are some differences between editions inside the system,especially between handwritten copies and block printed editions.This edition system is the main body or backbone for spreading Wen xuan,which shows the breadth and depth of spreading of Wen xuan, and influences people in many eras and areas by keeping Wen xuan as a literary work.
