改革开放40年来,随着社会政治、经济、文化环境的变迁,我国高校哲学社科学术期刊的发展以十年为一个时间单元,大致经历了4个时期。从改革开放第一个十年的思想开放、规模扩张,到第二个十年的深化改革、持续发展,再到第三个十年的转型变革、求精求强,直至第四个十年的改革创新、融合发展,呈现出鲜明的时代特征与清晰的演进路径。40年的发展,有成绩也有问题,但更可贵的是经验。其经验可概括为:学术质量是高校哲学社科学术期刊的立刊之本,导向正确是高校哲学社科学术期刊发展的前提和基础,立足高校、服务高校、推动高校社科发展是高校哲学社科学术期刊的重要职责,政府主管部门的支持是高校哲学社科学术期刊发展的保障,顺应时代潮流、加快变革创新是高校哲学社科学术期刊发展的动力和关键。

In the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,with the changes of social,economic,and cultural environment,the development of university social science journals has witnessed four periods of development:the change of mind and the expansion of scale in the first decade,the incensement of capacity and the continuous development in the second decade,the transformation and innovation to achieve refinement and strength in the third decade,and the digitalization, internationalization,specialization development,the university social and diversification in the fourth decade.Albeit with problems in the 40 years of science journals have accumulated abundant experiences,such as taking academic quality as their foundation,right direction as their precondition,promoting university development as their responsibility,innovation as their key motivation.
