摘要
基于搭建的含石蜡层玻璃幕墙传热实验装置,在大庆地区室外环境开展幕墙填充石蜡前后及在不同熔点石蜡等条件下幕墙动态传热实验,获得秋季和初冬季节典型天气下幕墙填充石蜡前后夹层温度、房内温度动态变化规律。实验结果表明:太阳的辐照度对环境温度升降有明显的促进作用;幕墙夹层填充石蜡使其温度显著降低,太阳辐照度越高,其降温效果越明显,而实验房内夜间温度升高、日间温度降低,使房内热舒适性明显改善。
In this paper,an experimental set for heat transfer investigation of glazed facade filled with paraffin in Daqing was built,and the dynamic heat transfer data of glazed facade filled with and without paraffin at different melting temperatures under the typical day in autumn and early winter season were measured,and the temperatures of glazed facade with paraffin and room temperature were attained.The results showed that solar energy plays an important role in the enhancing or weakening environment temperature.The temperature of inner layer in the glazed facade filled with paraffin is clearly smaller than that without paraffin,and the temperature of inner layer in the glazed facade filled with paraffin is descending with solar energy increasing.The night temperature of indoors room under the glazed facade filled with paraffin is increasing,and the day temperature of indoors room is descending compared with that without paraffin,which results in the improvement of thermal environment in the room.
