黑龙江省对俄冰雪旅游合作研究

Research on Heilongjiang Province's Cooperation on Ice and Snow Tourism with Russia

随着中俄两国互办"旅游年"和中蒙俄经济走廊建设的深入推进,黑龙江省的中国向北开放重要窗口的作用凸显。该省是中国第一个开展对俄冰雪旅游合作的省份,在发展对俄冰雪旅游合作方面具有地缘、资源和市场等三大优势,俄罗斯也已成为黑龙江省国外最大的旅游客源国。本文提出了黑龙江省对俄冰雪旅游合作的几点前瞻性意见,分别是完善内部体制机制、营造优良市场主体环境,挖掘文化内涵、增加俄罗斯文化元素色彩,加强优秀人才引进,加强营销宣传力度。

With the "Year of Tourism"between China and Russia and the deepening of China -Mongolia economic corridor construction,China in Heilongjiang Province has opened an important window to the north.The province is China's first province to carry out ice -snow tourism cooperation with Russia.In terms of developing cooperation with Russia's ice and snow tourism,it has three advantages:geography,resources and market,and Russia has also become the largest tourist source country in Heilongjiang Province.This paper puts forward some forward -looking opinions on tourism cooperation in Heilongjiang Province, which is to improve the internal system and mechanism,create an excellent market main environment,explore cultural connotation,increase the color of Russian cultural elements,strengthen the introduction of excellent talents,and strengthen marketing propaganda.
