地西他滨在急性髓系白血病中的应用及研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 DNA甲基化在肿瘤发生、发展中发挥着重要的作用,在急性髓系白血病的作用同样极其重要。Melki等^[1]发现急性髓系白血病(Acute myeloid leukemia,AML)中常见的甲基化基因有8种,约95%的AML患者存在至少一种基因高甲基化,75%的AML患者存在至少两种基因高甲基化,改变DNA甲基化状态可以抑制白血病细胞的增殖^[2],这为去甲化药物治疗AML奠定理论基础。
