肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-4在子宫内膜息肉中的表达及相关性

Expression and Correlation of Tumor Necrosis Factor -α and Interleukin -4 in Endometrial Polyps

目的 检测子宫内膜息肉(EP)中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的表达及其与EP的相关性.方法 以病理诊断为EP病的60例为实验组,以病理诊断为正常增生期子宫内膜病的40例为对照组.观察两组TNF-α及IL-4的阳性表达,采用Spearman秩相关分析其相关性.结果 TNF-α在实验组阳性率为91.67%,对照组为37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-4在实验组阳性率为33. 33%,对照组为87.5%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 EP的发生、发展可能与其异常表达TNF-α、IL-4相关.

Objective To explore the expression and correlation of tumor necrosis fator-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-4(IL-4)in endometrial polyps(EP).Methods Sixty patients with pathologically diagnosed as endometrial polyps enrolled in the experimental group and forty patients with endometrial hyperplasia enrolled in the control group.TNF-α and IL-4 expression were observed and Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze their correlationship.Results There was significant difference in positive rate of TNF-α between observation group(91.67%)and control group(37.50%)(P<0.05).There was sig-nificant difference in positive rate of IL-4 between observation group(33.33%)and control group(87. 50%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The occurrence and development of EP may be closely related to the ab-normal expression of TNF-α and IL-4.
