摘要
建立了固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定果汁饮料中的新品种甜味剂爱德万甜。采用Pro Elut PLS固相萃取柱对样品溶液进行富集净化,Agilent SB-C18(150 mm×2.1 mm,5μm)色谱柱进行分离,在电喷雾正离子模式(ESI+)下进行MRM数据采集。爱德万甜在(0.01~2.0)mg/L浓度范围内有良好的线性,相关系数(r2)大于0.997。方法的检出限(S/N>3)为0.006 mg/kg,方法定量限(S/N>10)为0.02 mg/kg,3个浓度水平的平均回收率在95.1%~100.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.8%~6.1%。该方法灵敏、准确,专一性强,适用于果汁饮料中新品种甜味剂爱德万甜的定性与定量检测。
A solid phase extraction-ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)method was developed for the determination of new sweetener advantame in fruit juice beverage.Enrichment and cleaned-up of samples were carried out on ProElut PLS solid phase extraction columns.The separation of target compound was achieved on Agilent SB-C18 (150mmx2.1mm,5μm)column,followed by the analysis of multiple reaction monitoring (MRM)under electrospray positive ion mode.The calibration curve showed a good linearity in the concentration range of (0.01-2.0)mg/L with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.997.The limit of detection (SIN>3)and the limit of quantitation (SIN >10)of this method were 0.006mg/kg and 0.02mg/kg,respectively.The average recoveries of target compound at three spiked concentration levels ranged from 95.1%to 100.4%,with relative standard deviations (RSD,n=6)of 1.8%-6.1%.The method was sensitive,accurate and strong selectivity,and could be applied to qualitative and quantitative determination of new sweetener advantame in fruit juice beverage.
