用于棉织物表面超疏水的生物蜡乳液制备与性能表征 被引量:1

摘要 对比研究了棕榈蜡与聚乙烯蜡的乳化性能,确定了最佳的乳化方案并将其应用于棉织物上以改善棉织物的微观结构,从而实现棉织物表面的超疏水化,研究了其对于棉织物多方面性能的影响。结果表明,当棕榈蜡质量分数为10%,乳化剂质量分数为1.5%,转速为500 r/min时可以制得乳化效果最佳且粒径最小的棕榈蜡乳液。将正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)处理后的棉织物在棕榈蜡乳液和聚乙烯蜡乳液复配液中浸渍处理后,棉织物表面可形成一层包覆层,疏水角可达到155.89°,实现对棉织物的超疏水效果。经过整理的棉织物透气率略有下降,耐静水压性能稍有增加,热稳定性能测试中整理布样质量减少最多,经向断裂强力由未整理前的252 N升高到397 N,整理后棉织物经500次摩擦之后接触角下降1.9%左右,比原棉织物摩擦耐久性有所增强。 This paper made a comparative study on emulsions of palm wax and polyethylene wax,and the optimum emulsification process was determined.Moreover,the products were applied in cotton fabric to improve the microstructure,making superhydrophobicity of the cotton fabric.In addition,the effects of the application on the properties of cotton fabrics were studied.When the mass fraction of carnauba wax is 10%,the emulsifier mass fraction is 1.5% and the rotation speed is 500 r/min,the wax emulsion exhibits the best emulsifying effect and the smallest particle size.Cotton fabric surface forms a layer of coating when treated fabric with TEOS(tetraethyl orthosilicate) was immersed in the solution compounding of carnauba wax emulsion and the polyethylene wax emulsion,and the cotton fabric owned superhydrophobicity that the contact angle is 155.89°.And the rupture strength and friction durability increase,while the breathable,resistant to hydrostatic pressure and thermal stability of fabric don’t change a lot.
