摘要 该文提出了利用分布式电源(DG)单点分相配置改善三相四线制低压电网运行特性的方法。在建立DG对电压、有功损耗以及三相不平衡影响的数学模型基础上,提出了确定DG位置和容量的多目标综合评价数学模型。根据低压配电网的实际运行情况,利用模糊综合评价法(FCE)确定综合评价数学模型权系数。利用粒子群算法(PSO),确定各相DG的配置位置和容量。以实际0.4kV三相四线制网络及2015年数据为例,利用所提出的方法,分别对最小、中间、最大负荷三种典型的运行情况配置DG,通过比较分析配置DG前后运行特性,验证了该文提出方法的有效性。该文提出的方法可以用于改善低压配电网的运行特性。 In this paper,a phase segregated optimization method locating single distributed generation(DG)is proposed to improve operation characteristics of three-phase four-wire LV distribution network.Based on an impact model of DG on voltage,active power loss and three-phase imbalance load,a multi-objective comprehensive evaluation mathematical model is proposed to find the location and size of the single DG.The weighting factors of the model are obtained with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE),considering operation of an actual distribution network.Particle swarm optimization(PSO) is employed to determine the configuration location and capacity of each phase DG.The method is tested on an actual 0.4kV three-phase four-wire network,and the data of the network in2015is used.DG operation cases of minimum, is configured in three typical middle and maximum loads. Main aspects of the operation characteristics in three typical operation cases are analyzed and compared with and without DG.Results show effectiveness of the proposed approach.The method proposed can serve as an efficient tool for improvement of operation characteristics of LV distribution network.
