2017年度洛阳市克山病病情监测结果分析

The surveillance of Keshan disease in Luoyang in 2017

目的监测洛阳市克山病病情,为科学制定克山病防治策略提供依据。方法按照河南省克山病监测方案,选取上戈村和池凹村作为监测点,对两村常住人口进行临床查体和心电图描记,对可疑克山病患者进行心脏超声检查,同时搜集病区乡、村基本情况和人口学资料。结果临床查体815人,心电图描记815人,异常301人,异常率为36.93%,心脏超声检查6例,心脏增大3例。诊断潜在型克山病3例,检出率为0.37%。结论洛阳市克山病病情持续稳定,继续保持县级消除水平。

Objective To monitor the condition of keshan disease (KD)in luoyang city,provide the basis for scientific formulation of the prevention and control strategy of Keshan disease.Methods According to the KD monitoring pro- gram of Henan,two monitoring points were selected from shangge and chiwa village.Clinical examination and ECG were performed on the permanent residents of the two villages,and suspected cases were taken cardiac ultrasonography. At the same time the basic information and demographic data of the township and villages were collected.Results 815 residents were surveyed by clinical examination and 12-lead ECG,and the abnormal rate of ECG was 36.93%.Cardiac ultrasonography was performed in 6patients and 3cases had heart enlargement.Three cases of latent KD were diag- nosed,and the detection rate was 0.37%.Conclusions KD in Luoyang city continues to be stable,and to maintain the county level of elimination.
