全国教育大会是在我国经济社会发展和教育现代化进入关键时期召开的、具有里程碑意义的盛会,习近平总书记发表重要讲话,为我国高等教育指明了前进方向。根据大会精神,各地各高校各部门应当针对建设社会主义现代化国家的需要,更加突出高等教育内涵式发展,加强党的领导,注重师德师风,坚持立德树人,彰显特色优势,调整优化高校区域布局、学科结构、专业设置,改进高等教育管理方式,把创新创业教育贯彻人才培养全过程,建立健全学科专业动态调整机制,加快"双一流"建设,推进产学研协同创新,努力培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。

The first national education conference in the new era is a landmark event at a crucial stage of China's economic and social development and education modernization.General secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech,indicating the direction of China's higher education.According to the conference spirit,each locality,department and university shall be in accordance with the need of construction of modern socialist country,promote prominently higher education connotative development.All stakeholders must strengthen the leadership of the party,pay attention to faculty ethics construction,strengthen moral education and cultivate people,make full use of special advantage,adjusting and optimizing the regional layout,subject structure, professional Settings,improve the methods of higher education management.It is advised that entrepreneurship education should be put into the whole process of higher education,establish dynamic adjustment mechanism of academic disciplines and accelerate the "Double First-Class"construction,promote production-study-research cooperative innovation.Connotative development aims at encouraging students to become socialist builders and successors morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically with necessary labor consciousness and skills.
