摘要
实习生作为"廉价劳动力"具有实践的合理性。教学计划内的实习活动具有教育属性,如果学生并非自觉自愿,学校强制与学分、毕业等环节挂钩,进行与本专业无关的简单重复劳动,就背离了教育活动的教育属性,再加上学生的权益得不到的基本保障,就会有沦为廉价劳动力的质疑。走出"廉价劳动力"的误区,需要高校严把实习出口,企业保障实习过程中的落实,政府和社会媒体发挥监管与监督责任,建立共同而又有区分的责权关系。
It is rational and legitimate that internship of college students is called the cheap labor force.But as an important part of teaching plan,the internship of college students has educational attributes.If the students are not voluntary,the college compulsively links it up with the credit,graduation and so on,and carries out simple repetitive labor unrelated to their major,it will deviates from the educational attributes of educational activities,and it will violate students'rights and interests.There will be doubts abofft cheap labor force.To dispel misunderstanding,it is necessary to establish a common and different accountability relationship that colleges should be strict iia internship export,enterprises should guarantee the implementation of internship process,governments and social media 'should develop supervisory function.
