广州市天河区青年学生艾滋病知晓率及其影响因素

Awareness and associated factors of HIV/AIDS related knowledge among young students in Guangzhou city Tianhe district

目的了解广州市天河区青年学生艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况及影响因素,为学校开展预防艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分阶段整群抽样方法,对广州市天河区12所学校的2851名学生进行问卷调查。采用描述性统计、χ^2检验和非条件Logistic回归分析方法对数据进行分析。结果青年学生艾滋病总知晓率为63.24%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,中专,高职,高专学生(OR=0.75,95%CI=0.63-0.90)、19-岁年龄组(OR=0.39,95%CI=0.28-0.55)、有性行为经历(OR=0.62,95%CI=0.42-0.91)、最近一年接受过预防艾滋病的宣传服务(OR=0.42,95%CI=0.35-0.50)、知道可以免费检测艾滋病(OR=0.51,95%CI=0.40-0.64)均为青年学生知晓艾滋病的影响因素。结论广州市天河区青年学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率较低,学校应进一步加强青年学生预防艾滋病的宣传教育。

Objective To understand the awareness and associated factors of the HIV/AIDS related knowledge among young students in Guangzhou city Tianhe district,and provide scientific basis for HIV/AIDS prevention and control measures in school. Methods A questionnaire was performed among 2 851 students from 12 universities and secondary schools in Tianhe district. Descriptive statistics method,Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results The total awareness rate of HIV/AIDS among young students was 63.24%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was higher among secondary school students(OR=0.75,95%CI=0.63~0.90),19~ age group students(OR=0.39,95%CI=0.28~0.55),students with sexual experiences(OR=0.62,95%CI=0.42~0.91),students who received HIV/AIDS prevention services in recent one year(OR=0.42,95%CI=0.35~0.50),and students who knew free HIV test(OR=0.51,95%CI=0.40~0.64). Conclusion The awareness of HIV/AIDS related knowledge among young students in Guangzhou city Tianhe district was low;schools should further strengthen AIDS prevention and control education among students.
