症状监测是传染病疫情防控预警预测的重要手段,我国目前症状监测存在传染病甄别能力有限、监测数据预警滞后、数据来源不够广泛等局限。全覆盖全症状实时化监测应是传染病症状学监测未来发展的大趋势。

Symptom based surveillance is an important means for the infectious disease early warning and prediction.However, in China,the current surveillance of symptom monitoring is limited,such as the limited ability of discrimination,the lag of early warning,and the insufficient sources of data.Full coverage and real-time monitoring should be a major trend in the future development of symptomatic surveillance of infectious diseases.
