摘要
以22MnB5超高强钢淬火状态焊接接头为研究对象,进行了焊接过程中的机械旋压强化处理工艺试验,测试并分析了焊接接头的力学性能、显微组织和显微硬度耐蚀性。结果表明:焊接接头经过机械旋压后,会在接头表面形成一层塑性变形层,晶粒在压头旋压的作用下会被压扁拉长,其分布会更加均匀致密;焊接接头抗拉强度会达到940MPa左右,相对未处理的焊接接头抗拉强度提高了约100MPa,其显微硬度有小幅增加,但耐蚀性能变化不大。
The 22MnB5ultra high strength steel quenching joint in state welding is taken as the research object,intensive processing experiments are carried out in spinning machinery in the process of welding.The mechanical properties of the welded joints,mierostructure,microhardness,corrosion resistance are tested and analyzed.The results show that the welding joint after mechanical spinning, a plastic deformation layer is formed on the joint surface.The grains in the head spinning are flattened and elongated and the grain distribution is more uniform.The tensile strength of welded joint is about 940MPa,which is about 100MPa higher than that of untreated welded joints.The microhardness is slightly increased,but the corrosion resistance is changed little.
