摘要
通过分析通用航空飞行服务站的服务功能确立其服务内容,然后根据服务内容构建了飞行服务站的服务流程模型。在服务流程模型框架下,利用离散事件仿真软件ARENA对飞行服务流程进行仿真,并针对初步仿真结果提出3种服务资源优化方案。结果表明,分时段分配服务资源的优化方案能够提高服务效率2倍,缩短服务等待时间、等待服务队列60%~70%,在服务资源的使用上兼顾了合理性与均衡性。
This paper analyzes the function of flight service station(FSS)of general aviation,gives the service menu,and establishes the service process model.It simulates the model by using discrete events simulation software ARENA,and proposes three optimized schemes of the service resources.The results show that the optimized solution for allocating service resources in different time periods can double the efficiency,reduce60%to70%of the waiting time and services queue.The optimization achieves both rationality and proportionality for the utilization of the service resources.
