摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备了稀土元素Ce掺杂的Dy1-xCexBaCo4O7+δ富氧燃烧吸附剂材料,对其进行了XRD、SEM和热重分析测试,研究了Ce掺杂对其氧吸附/脱附性能的影响,XRD结果表明:稀土元素Ce的掺杂极限为x=0.20,Ce很好地进入了Y1-xCexBaCo4O7+δ的晶格,具有单一的六方密排晶体结构。热重结果表明:Dy1-xCexBaCo4O7+δ粉体可以在较低温条件下制备O2/CO2混合气体,Dy1-xCexBaCo4O7+δ样品最大氧吸附量高于DyBaCo4O7+δ的最大氧吸附量,表明稀土元素Ce掺杂可以提高DyBaCo4O7+δ的氧气吸附/脱附性能。
Ce Rare earth doped DyBaCo4O7 powders were prepared by sol-gel method.Effects of Ce Rare earth doping on the oxygen absorption properties were investigated by XRD,SEM,and TG.XRD results showed that Dy1-xCexBaCo4O7(x=0.1,0.2)was single phase with the hexagonal crystal structure.TG analysis showed that O2/CO2 gas mixture can be prepared at low temperature using Dy1-xCexBaCo4O7+δ powders.Oxygen absorption property of Dy1-xCexBaCo4O7+δ powders is larger than that of DyBaCo4O7,which showing that Ce-for-Dy substitution can increase the oxygen adsorption capacity of Dy1-xCexBaCo4O7.
