近40年来中医教育研究热点及趋势的知识图谱分析 被引量:4

Knowledge Mapping Analysis of Hot Spots and Trends in Traditional Chinese Medicine Education Research in Recent 40 Years

摘要 目的通过知识图谱对1978—2018年间我国中医教育研究进行可视化分析和数据解读。方法检索中国知网1978年1月1日至2018年5月1日期间以中医教育为研究目的的文献,对纳入文献进行可视化处理,分别为内容热度处理、时间热度处理和合作者关系处理,生成关键词共现知识图谱、关键词最强引文突现图谱和合作者关系图谱。结果纳入有效文献1500篇。我国中医教育研究的热点内容(高频词)包括中医教育、人才培养、医学教育等;中医学院、医学教育是最早兴起的中医教育研究领域,而持续时间最长的研究热点是医学教育,近年出现的新兴热点是中医文化和人才培养;合作关系上我国研究者有点型、总线型和混合型3种合作关系。结论近40年来中医教育研究的特征可以用"四多四少"来概括,即中医多、教育少,宏观多、专门少,独立多、合作少,总结多、量化少。 Objective The visual analysis and data interpretation of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) education research in China from 1978 to 2018 were carried out through the knowledge map.Methods The literature on Chinese medicine education research for the purpose of Chinese medicine education from January 1,1978 to May 1,2018 were searched.The included documents were visualized,which were content heat processing,time heat processing and collaborator relationship processing to generate keyword co-occurrence knowledge map,keyword strongest citation highlight map and collaborator relationship map.Results A total of 1,500 valid articles were included.The hot topics of TCM education research in China included TCM education,personnel training,medical education,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine and medical education are the earliest areas of Chinese medicine education research,and the longest research hotspot is medical education.The emerging hotspots in recent years were Chinese medicine culture and talent cultivation.There were 3 types of cooperation in the cooperative relationship among Chinese researchers such as spot type,line type and mixed type.Conclusion To sum up,the general tendency of TCM researches is "4 more and 4 less",which means Chinese medicine study more & education less,macro study more &specialized less,individual study more & cooperation less,summarized more & quantitative less.
