摘要
在工业发达国家,窄间隙熔化极气体保护焊(NG-GMAW)占据了窄间隙焊的70%以上。本文对窄间隙熔化极气体保护焊的研究进展进行了综述,分析了旋转电弧窄间隙GMAW、双丝窄间隙GMAW、摇动电弧窄间隙GMAW、超窄间隙GMAW四类窄间隙熔化极气体保护焊的优缺点和最新研究进展。
In developed courties,narrow gap gas metal are welding(NG-GMAW)occupies more than 70%of narrow gap welding.The research progress of narrow gap GMAW was reviewed.The advantages,disadvantages and the latest research progress of four types of narrow gap gas metal are welding which were rotating are narrow gap GMAW,double wire narrow gap GMAW,oscillating arc narrow gap GMAW,ultra-narrow gap GMAW were analyzed.
