铬、铌、钒金属粉末为过渡层的钛/钢电阻钎焊研究 被引量:3

Resistance Brazing of Titanium/Steel Using Cr, Nb, V Metal Powder as Transition Layer

摘要 针对钛合金和不锈钢焊接时接头处生成大量脆性金属间化合物而导致接头性能急剧下降的问题,探索了一种Cr、Nb、V金属粉末作为过渡层实现钛/钢连接的电阻钎焊工艺方法,并研究了粉末层介入以及工艺参数对接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明:粉末层的介入使接头抗剪强度明显提高,工艺参数合理匹配时,接头抗剪强度可达226MPa;接头中形成了Ti-Nb、Ti-V固溶体,Nb-Zn、Cr-Fe化合物,未反应的粉末、钎料等混合的组织,显著降低了Fe-Ti、Cu-Ti金属间化合物含量,明显提高了钛/钢钎焊接头的抗剪强度。 Aiming at the problem that the formation of a large number of brittle intermetallic compounds at joints of titanium alloy and stainless steel reduces its mechanical property,a method of resistance brazing of titanium /steel using Cr, Nb,V metal powder as transition layer was explored.The influence of adding metal powder interlayer and technological parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint was studied.The results show that the shear strength of the joint increases obviously by the intervention of powder layer.When the process parameters are reasonably matched,the shear strength of the joint can reach 226MPa.The mixed structure of Ti-Nb,Ti-V solid solutions,Nb-Zn,Cr-Fe intermetallic compounds,unreacted powder and solder is formed in the joint,and the content of Fe-Ti,Cu-Ti intermetaUic compounds obviously decreases,and the shear strength of titanium/steel brazing joints is improved obviously.
