Relationship between Segregation of SWRS87B-T Steel Billet Center and Wire Rod Microstructure

对SWRS87B—T钢连铸矩形坯开坯后的小方坯心部C原子偏析程度和热轧盘条的显微组织与微观偏析进行了检测,研究了小方坯心部偏析与热轧盘条组织之间的关系,并建立了小方坯心部C偏析比与盘条组织的对应关系。结果表明,C和合金元素在钢坯心部的偏析直接导致盘条心部网状渗碳体、马氏体等异常组织的形成,当心部C偏析比超过1.06时,盘条中会出现异常组织,且偏析程度具有遗传性。

The degree of C atom segregation in the center of square billet after continuous casting rectangular billet blooming and the microstructure,micro-segregation of hot rolled wire rod of SWRS87B-T steel were tested.The relationship between the core segregation of the square billet and the microstructure of hot-rolled wire rod was studied.The corresponding relationship between the C segregation ratio of the square billet core and the wire rod microstructure was established.The results show that the segregation of C and alloy elements in the center of the billet directly leads to the formation of abnormal microstructure such as network cementite and martensite in the center of the wire rod.When the C segregation ratio in the center exceeds 1.06,abnormal microstructure will occur in the wire rods,and the segregation degree is hereditary.
