摘要
对汽车铝合金气压制动阀铸件压铸工艺进行设计,采用数值模拟软件ProCAST对铸件凝固温度场进行模拟,结果表明,铸件凝固过程温度分布均匀,各个区域均得到充分补缩,方案设计合理。通过正交实验,以数值模拟的铸件缩孔缩松大小预测值为评价指标,确定气压制动阀最佳压铸工艺参数为:浇注温度660℃、压射速度4m/s、模具温度220℃。经生产验证,采用设计方案及最佳工艺参数,得到的铸件质量良好,产品合格率达到95%以上。
The pressure casting process of an automobile aluminum alloy air brake valve was designed.The numerical simulation software ProCAST was used to simulate the solidification temperature field of castings.The results show that the temperature distribution during casting solidification process is uniform,and all regions are fully compensated,and the design is reasonable.Taking predicted size value of casting shrinkage porosity as the evaluation index,the optimum die casting process parameters of the air brake valve are determined by orthogonal experiment,which are pouting temperature of 660℃, pressure velocity of 4m/s and mold temperature of 220℃.Through the production verification,the quality of the casting is good by adopting the design scheme and the optimum process parameters,and the qualified rate of the product is above 95%.
