摘要
采用铸造模拟软件Anycasting模拟了涡轮减速器壳体充型和凝固过程,分析了铸件温度场和流场的变化。根据模拟结果分析了铸件缺陷发生的位置、分布及形成缺陷的原因,并进行了工艺优化。结果表明,在合理的位置安放冷铁、改进冒口,可以有效消除铸件的缩孔缺陷。
The mold filling and solidification process of a turbine reducer shell were simulated by using casting simulation software Anycasting.The variation of temperature field and flow field of the casting were analyzed.Based on the simulation results,the location,distribution and causes of defects in casting were analyzed.And the process optimization was carried out.The results show that the shrinkage defects of castings can be effectively eliminated by placing cold iron in a reasonable position and improving risers.
