铝合金纵筋类异型截面板的成形规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过有限元模拟软件Abaqus对AA5086铝合金纵筋类异型截面板的成形规律和影响因素进行了探究,包括轧制方向、板厚方向和板宽方向的应力应变及金属流动规律。分析了不同因素对板料成筋率的影响。结果表明,随着筋底压下率的增加,板料的成筋率先增加后减少;随侧壁倾角增加,板料的成筋率增加;纵筋的筋底宽度与板宽比越大,板料的成筋率越大。在双辊变截面轧机对AA5086铝合金板进行了轧制试验,模拟值与试验结果吻合。结果能为铝合金纵筋类异型截面板的研究提供理论依据。 The forming rules and influencing factors of the AA5086 aluminum alloy special-shaped section plate with longitudinal ribs were studied by the finite element simulation sofavare Abaqus,including the stress,strain and metal flow law in the rolling direction,the thickness direction and the width direction of the plate.The influence of different factors on the rib formation rate of the plate metal was analyzed.The results show that,with the increase of the reduction rate of the bottom at the rib,the rib formation rate of the plate increases firstly and then decreases;with the increase of the side wall dip angle,the rib formation rate of the plate increases;the greater the ratio between the rids bottom width and the plate width is,the greater the rib formation rate of the plate is.The rolling test of AA5086 aluminum alloy plate was carried out in a double roll variable section mill,the simulated values were in good agreement with the test results.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the study of aluminum alloy special-shaped section plates with longitudinal ribs.
