摘要
针对锻压设备橡胶隔振器的疲劳寿命问题,测试了锻压设备工作过程中的冲击载荷,进行了橡胶材料的力学特性试验,构建了橡胶隔振器的有限元模型,研究了最大静载工况下橡胶隔振器的应力分布规律。并根据橡胶材料的S-N曲线,预测了橡胶隔振器的疲劳寿命。结果表明:在最大静载工况下,橡胶隔振器的最大应力为4.35MPa,主要集中在球墨铸铁承压板的上表面,承压板屈曲应力为250MPa,远大于橡胶隔振器的最大应力,不会发生疲劳破坏。橡胶部分的应力值相对较小,其最大应力主要集中在上下边缘位置,约为1.44MPa。橡胶隔振器首先在静应力较大的位置发生疲劳破坏,其疲劳寿命为3589219次,疲劳寿命大于橡胶隔振器使用要求的300万次。
Aiming at the problem of fatigue life of rubber isolator of forging equipment,the impact load in the working process of the forging equipment and the mechanical properties of the rubber material were tested,the finite element model of the rubber vibration isolator was constructed,and the stress distribution law of the rubber isolator under the maximum static load condition was studied.According to the S-N curve of the rubber material,the fatigue life of the rubber isolator was predicted.The results show that under the maximum static load condition,the maximum stress of the rubber isolator is 4.35MPa.It is mainly concentrated on the upper surface of the ductile iron bearing plate.The buckling stress of the bearing plate is 250MPa,which is far greater than the maximum stress of the rubber isolator the fatiglle,and failure doesn't happen. The stress value of the rubber part is relatively small,and the maximum stress is mainly concentrated in the upper and lower edge positions,which is about 1.44MPa.The fatigue failure of the rubber isolator firstly occurs at the location of high static stress.The fatigue life of the rubber isolator is 3589219 times,which is bigger than use requirements of 3million times of rubber isolators.
