摘要
对比分析了SA 738 Gr.B手工电弧焊(SMAW)焊接接头焊态及焊后热处理态力学性能的变化。分析结果表明:焊后热处理态与焊态相比,拉伸性能有所下降,焊后热处理未能改善焊缝和热影响区的冲击性能。焊后热处理使焊缝和热影响区碳化物数量明显增多,同时,焊后热处理使焊缝金属晶粒长大,因此,导致焊后热处理态焊缝和热影响区冲击性能下降。
The mechanical properties of SA 738Gr.B welded joint by SMAW (shielding metal arc welding)before and after PWHT(post weld heat treatment)were compared and analyzed.The analysis results show compared with that of as-weld welded joint,the tensile properties decrease after PWHT(post weld heat treatment),PWHT can not improve impact properties of weld and HAZ.The carbide quantity increases in weld and HAZ after PWHT,and the grains in the weld grow up after PWHT,which results in the decrease of impact properties of weld and HAZ.
