摘要 针对焊接现场工艺管理困难、设备布线复杂、成本高的现状,设计了基于ZigBee和虚拟仪器的无线自组网焊接参数监测系统。系统中各个节点的无线交互采用ZigBee无线通信技术,以射频SOC芯片CC2530为核心,选取霍尔电流电压传感器,设计了传感器终端节点和协调器节点硬件和程序。利用串口转换技术实现与上位机通讯,并利用虚拟仪器技术实现监测系统应用程序的数据处理和显示,最终实现了焊接现场分布式焊接设备集中管理与自动监测。 In view of difficult process management,complicated wiring and high cost in welding field,a wireless ad hoc network monitoring system for welding parameters was designed based on ZigBee and virtual instrument.The wireless communication technology of ZigBee was used in the wireless interaction of each node in the system,the RF SOC chip CC2530 was used as the core,the Holzer current and voltage sensors were selected,and the hardware and program of sensor terminal node and coordinator node were designed.The serial port conversion technology was used to communicate with the host computer,and the virtual instrument technology was used to realize the data processing and display of the monitoring system application program.Finally,the centralized management and automatic monitoring of distributed welding equipment in welding field were realized.
