摘要
在生产某型柴油机机体时,发现挺杆孔存在缩松缺陷。对该缺陷进行了分析,并通过理论计算、数值模拟及实际验证,使缺陷得到了彻底解决。
In the production of a diesel engine block,the tappet holes were found to have shrinkage defects.The pefects were analyzed.Through theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and practical verification,the defect was solved thoroughly.
