不同材质刷毛的手动牙刷刷牙效果的临床评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较普通尼龙丝、竹炭纤维、硅橡胶牙刷的刷牙效果。方法:分别纳入30名和156名符合纳入标准的大专学生为研究对象,将受试者分别随机分为3组,用3种不同材质制做规定完全相同的3种牙刷按完全相同的方法刷牙1个月,检测试验前和1个月后菌斑指数(PI)(n=10)和试验前、1个月、3个月后的牙龈指数(GI)(n=52)。结果:1个月后3种牙刷全口PI清除率两两对比结果,P>0.05;在1个月后,3种牙刷的GI降低率两两比较P>0.05;在3个月后,硅橡胶软毛牙刷牙龈指数降低率高于普通尼龙丝牙刷和竹炭牙刷(P<0.05)。结论:3种牙刷的菌斑清除效果没有差异,硅橡胶软毛牙刷对牙龈健康的促进效果优于普通牙刷和竹炭牙刷。 Objective:To compare the effects of ordinary nylon toothbrush,bamboo fiber toothbrush and silicone rubber toothbrush. Methods:30and156college students were respectively included by the enrolment criterion and were respectively divided into3 groups.Tooth brushes with the same specification and with the3materials were respectively used in the3goups with the same methods.Plaque index(PI)(n=10)was examined before and1month after use of the brushes;gingival index(GI)was examined(n=52) before,1and3month after use of the brushes.Results:1month after use of the brushes full mouth PI removal rate(n=10)and GI reduction(n=52)were not statistically different among the3group(between each2groups,P>0.05).3months after use of the brushes GI reduction of the silicone rubber toothbrush group was more than that of ordinary nylon toothbrush and bamboo charcoal toothbrush groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plaque removal efficiency of the3kinds of toothbrush is similar.The silicone rubber toothbrush is more effective for gigiva health than ordinary nylon toothbrush and bamboo charcoal toothbrush.
