不同料型饲料对断奶仔猪生长性能和酶活的影响

Effects of different form feed on growth performance and enzyme activity of weaned piglets

试验旨在研究粉粒各半型饲料对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。选用18日龄、体重在(5.20±0.02)kg的"杜长大"仔猪72头,随机分为3个处理组,分别为粉末饲料组、颗粒饲料组和粉粒各半型饲料组,每个处理组4个重复,每个重复6头猪,第18日龄时开始饲喂试验料,试验期共24 d。试验结果表明:第18～24日龄,粉末饲料组、颗粒饲料组和粉粒各半型饲料组的平均日增重、采食量、料肉比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。第24～30日龄,颗粒饲料组和粉粒各半型饲料组采食量显著高于粉末饲料组(P<0.05),且颗粒饲料组的料重比均高于对照组和粉粒各半型饲料组,但未见显著差异(P>0.05)。第36～42日龄时,粉粒各半型试验组日采食量显著高于颗粒组和粉末饲料组(P<0.05),且料重比极显著高于粉末饲料组(P<0.01)。试验结束时代谢试验结果表明:饲喂粉粒各半型料仔猪的营养物质消化率显著优于饲喂粉末饲料和颗粒饲料的仔猪(P<0.05);饲喂粉粒各半型料仔猪的血浆葡萄糖含量、总蛋白、小肠中的胰蛋白酶活性、胰淀粉酶活性均极显著高于饲喂粉末饲料和颗粒饲料组(P<0.01)。由此可见:断奶前一周适量(一半粉末饲料一半颗粒饲料)补充颗粒饲料,提高了断奶仔猪的肠道在断奶后对颗粒饲料的适应性,粉粒各半型饲料提高了断奶仔猪生产性能和营养物质的利用率。

This experiment was conducted to assess the effects of feed form on growth performance of weaned piglets.A total of 72 eighteen-day-old piglets (5.2±0.02)kg were randomly assigned to 3 treatments with each 4 replicates per treatment and 6 piglets in each replicates.The piglets in 3 treatments were fed powder(mash)feed (PF-1),pellet feed (PF-2),and pellet + powder feed (MPPF),respectively.The experiment last for 24 days.The results of the experiment showed that feed form had no significant effect on average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed gain ratio(P>0.05) during day 18 to 24 d.Compared to PF-1,piglets fed PF-2 and the MPPF significantly improved AD-FI(P<0.05)during day 24 to 30,and the feed gain ratio of PF-2 was higher than others,but there had no significant effect (P>0.05).At the time of 36 to 42 d,ADFI of the piglets fed with MPPF was obviously better than that of the piglets fed with PF-1 and PF-2(P<0.05).At end of experiment the results showed that the plasma glucose content and total protein of the piglets fed with MPPF were significantly high (P<0.05)than that of the feeding PF-1.The enzyme activity of amylase of the piglets fed with MPPF was significant greater than that of piglets fed with PF-1 and PF-2(P<0.01).It can be sug-gested that MPPF can improve the growth performance by improved nutrients digestable ration or small intestine adaption,Fed the mixed feed with half powder and pellet was an advantage way to curb the stress for weaned piglets.
