Effects of oxidative stress on gastrointestinal tract and its mechanism in ruminants

氧化应激是指由于体内产生的氧化物超出抗氧化系统的平衡范围而引起的内环境稳态失衡。在氧化应激状态下,反刍动物胃肠道的组织学结构和对营养物质的消化吸收情况都会发生较大改变。所以,氧化应激对胃肠道发育的影响机制成为了近几年研究的热点。文章根据氧化应激的发生机制,综述了氧化应激对反刍动物胃肠道的影响及其可能的作用机制。

Oxidative stress refers to the homeostatic imbalance caused by oxides that exceed the range of equilibrium on the antioxidant system.In recent years,the oxidative stress caused by weaning stress and heat stress has become increasingly serious.In the state of oxidative stress,the histological structure of the gastrointestinal tract of ruminants and metabolism of nutrients will change greatly.Therefore,the mechanism of oxidative stress on gastrointestinal tract development has become a hot point. According to the mechanism of oxidative stress,this paper expatiates the effects of oxidative stress on gastrointestinal tract.
