摘要
原料物流采购是物料进入工厂的入口,采购物料的时间、数量、种类等等决定着工厂库存大小、后期生产的难易程度以及客户需求的保证度。文章基于速度经营、准时化等精益生产的理念,针对禹城饲料工厂的原料物流采购现状进行深入剖析,运用同乘调查、均衡化管理箱等工具方法,使得工厂的采购周期从7~11 d缩短到2~3 d,到货准确率从30%提升到90%,库存从7~11 d降到2~3 d,卸料人工从27人减少至18人,并且工厂管理的成本以及资金的占用大大减少。
Raw material purchasing logistics is.the material going into the factory's entrance,purchase material time,quantity,type and so on,determine the inventory size,the difficulty of the later production and guarantee degree of customer requirements.Based on the speed of the concept of management,just-in-time and lean manufacturing,aiming at Yucheng feed factory researches in raw material purchasing logistics present situation,and apply in the investigation,equalization management tools such as method,make the procurement cycles from 7~11d to 2~3d,accuracy of arrival from 30%to 90%,inventory from 7~11 d to 2~3d,unloading manual from 27people reduce to 18people and the cost of the factory management and capital utilization greatly reduced.
