摘要
根据我国农村污水的水质、水量特点,研发了一种用于农村污水处理的小型一体化装置——漂浮滤料复合膨胀床一体化生物滤池。采用该装置在广东某农村进行试验,研究了其挂膜启动,以及对COD、NH_3-N和TN的去除效果。采用自然挂膜方法进行培菌挂膜,经过24 d挂膜启动完成。在进水量为100 m^3/d、气水比为2∶1、回流比为150%的条件下装置运行稳定,对COD、NH_3-N和TN的去除率分别达到85%、80%和65%,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B排放标准。
According to the characteristics of water quality and quantity of rural sewage in China, a small-scale integrated equipment for rural wastewater treatment,floating filter.material composite expanded bed integrated biofilter,was developed.It was tested in a rural village of Guangdong.Biofilm formation and start-up of the equipment,and removal efficiency of COD,NH3-N and TN were studied. The biofilter was started by using natural biofilm formation method.The results showed that the biofilm formation and start-up were completed after 24 days.On the conditions of 100m3/d water treatment volume,2:1 air-water ratio and 150% reflux ratio,the removal rates of COD,NH3-N and TN reached about 85%,80% and 65% respectively,and the equipment operated stably.The effluent quality could meet the first level B criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002).
