采用除磷呼吸图谱评估活性污泥除磷过程

Evaluation of Phosphorus Removal Process in Activated Sludge Using Respirogram

摘要 为了有效评估活性污泥除磷过程,以西安五大污水处理厂曝气池活性污泥为研究对象,采用除磷呼吸图谱技术从活性污泥除磷效率、厌氧释磷速率两个方面对活性污泥除磷过程进行评估。结果表明,活性污泥除磷效率与除磷呼吸图谱指标Ⅰ/(Ⅰ+Ⅱ)呈一定的正相关关系(R^2=0. 54),故指标Ⅰ/(Ⅰ+Ⅱ)可在一定程度上评估活性污泥除磷效率。当厌氧释磷速率<2 mgP/(gMLVSS·h)时,厌氧释磷速率与指标Ⅰ/(Ⅰ+Ⅱ)之间的关系受到较大干扰,无明显规律;当厌氧释磷速率> 2 mgP/(g MLVSS·h)时,厌氧释磷速率与指标Ⅰ/(Ⅰ+Ⅱ)呈显著的正相关关系(R^2=0. 90),可有效评估活性污泥厌氧释磷速率。因此,采用除磷呼吸图谱技术可有效评估活性污泥除磷过程。该评估方法具有高效、简单、自动化程度高等优点,可为污水处理厂运营管理提供一项实用技术。 The phosphorus removal process in activated sludge was evaluated from two aspects: phosphorus removal efficiency and anaerobic phosphorus release rate,based on the activated sludge from the five sewage treatment plants in Xi'an.The results showed a positive correlation (R^2=0.54)between the phosphorus removal efficiency and the respriogram for phosphorus removal index Ⅰ/(Ⅰ+Ⅱ). Therefore,the index Ⅰ/(Ⅰ+Ⅱ)could be used to evaluate phosphorus removal efficiency of the activated sludge to a certain extent.When the anaerobic phosphorus release rate was less than 2mgP/(gMLVSS·h),the relationship between the anaerobic phosphorus release rate and the index Ⅰ/(Ⅰ+Ⅱ) was substantially disturbed,and no regularity was identified.When the anaerobic phosphorus release rate was greater than 2mgP/(gMLVSS·h),the anaerobic phosphorus release rate showed a significantly positive correlation with index Ⅰ/(Ⅰ+Ⅱ)(R^2=0.90),which could be applied to effectively evaluate the anaerobic phosphorus release rate of activated sludge.The respirogram for phosphorus removal technology could effectively evaluate the phosphorus removal process of activated sludge.The evaluation method had the advantages including high efficiency,simplicity,and high level of automation,and could be provided as a practical technique for the operation and management of sewage treatment plants.
