摘要
我国职业教育已经进入深化产教融合、全面提升人力资源质量的新时代。参与校企合作的企业可以运用SWOT战略分析工具,作出符合当前客观情形的机遇和挑战分析以选择参与职业教育的方式方法。
Vocational education in China has entered a new era of deepening the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities,improving the quality of human resources in an all-round way.The enterprises are interested in participating in the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities can use SWOT strategic analysis tools,make analysis of the opportunities and challenges that accord with the current objective situation,then the enterprises should rationally select the degree of participation in vocational education and the specific ways and means.
