摘要
对于所学专业定向较早、进入职场年龄较小、学历等级较低的中职生,开展职业生涯教育具有十分重要的现实意义。然而,由于家庭职业生涯启蒙教育的缺位,学校职业生涯规划教育的缺"实",社会职业生涯咨询机构的缺少,导致了中职生在职业生涯发展过程中出现中考后专业选择频陷误区,入学后专业学习动力不足,就业时应聘求职能力不够,入职后职场环境适应不良等问题。基于学生职业生涯发展的可持续性、终身性考虑,立足于中职学校实际,开展职业生涯教育实践。
Career education is of great practical significance to secondary vocational school students with early professional orientation,younger entry age and lower academic level.However,due to the absence of family career enlightenment education, the lack of "real"school career planning education,and the lack of social career counseling institutions,secondary vocational students appear frequent errors in professional choice after the entrance examination,lacking professional learning motivation after enrollment,and job-hunting ability in employment,lacking strength,maladjustment of workplace environment after entry.Based on the sustainability and lifelong consideration of students'career development and the reality of vocational schools,school-based practice of "extending and delaying"career education is to be carried out.
