The article analyzed the use of air compressor for calcium carbide production and the gad demand of the compressor system,and provides the main basis of air compressor selection as follow:working pressure of air compressor system,flow and energy consumption.Though the standard measurement of the gas of air compressor,the article evaluates the gas production and energy consumption level of air compressor.
