镍铁比对Fe_3O_4/Ni-Fe-LDHs复合结构吸附性能影响研究

摘要 采用原位生长法,控制组成金属离子配合比,在四氧化三铁(Fe_3O_4)表面垂直生长镍铁(Ni-Fe)层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs),制得Fe_3O_4/Ni-Fe-LDHs复合结构,并考察其对有机染料(甲基橙和亚甲基蓝)的吸附规律。结果表明:制得的Fe_3O_4/Ni-Fe-LDHs的饱和磁化强度为41.2emu/g,在室温,镍:铁的摩尔配合比为2∶1,吸附平衡时间为48h,Fe_3O_4/Ni-Fe-LDHs用量为25mg/L的条件下,Fe_3O_4/Ni-Fe-LDHs对甲基橙和亚甲基蓝的吸附量分别达到188mg/g和175mg/g。 Based on in-situ growth method,magnetite/nickel-iron layered double metal hydroxides (Fe304/Ni- Fe-LDHs)hierarchical structures were prepared using Ni-Fe-LDHs sheets growing verticaily on the surface of Fe3O4. The adsorption properties of Fe3O4/Ni-Fe-LDHs on organic dyes (methyl orange and methylene blue)were studied. The results showed that the saturation magnetization of Fe3O4/Ni-Fe-LDHs was 41.2emu/g.At room temperature, with the nickel/iron (Ni/Fe)ratio of 2:1,the adsorption equilibrium time of 48h and the dosage of 25mg/L,the adsorption capacities of Fe3O4/Ni-Fe-LDHs for methyl orange and methylene blue.were 188mg/g and 175mg/g, respectively.
