摘要
在对Cr^(3+)离子和亚甲基蓝模拟的工业废水分别进行单因素研究的基础上,采用振荡吸附法对低浓度Cr^(3+)离子和亚甲基蓝混合废水进行了吸附研究。结果表明,利用粉煤灰制备的MCM-41和Al-MCM-41介孔分子筛对混合废水有良好的吸附效果,Al-MCM-41介孔分子筛对混合废水中Cr^(3+)离子和亚甲基蓝吸附率达83.00%和99.27%,饱和吸附量分别为1.544,2.639mg/g,等温吸附平衡均符合Langmuir吸附等温模型。
The single-factor adsorption of mixed waste water with Cr^3+and methylene blue was studied by means of oscillating adsorption.The results showed that MCM-41 and Al-MCM-41mesoporous molecular sieves prepared from fly ash had better adsorption effect on the mixed waste water.The adsorption removal rate of Cr^3+and methylene blue in the mixed waste water reached 83.00% and 99.27%,respectively.The saturated adsorption capacities were 1.544mg/g and 2.639mg/g which all met the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model.
