非洲某铜矿大断面深井硐室围岩稳定性分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了解决深井大断面硐室稳定性问题,在充分掌握非洲某铜矿东南矿体中央配电硐室围岩物理力学性质及工程地质条件的基础上,根据弹塑性理论,将硐室周边的区域划分为破裂区、松动区、塑性区和弹性区。结合理论公式和工程类比法,提出了"锚杆+锚索+钢筋网+喷射混凝土"的联合支护方案,采用经验公式法确定其支护参数,并在现场进行监测。工程实践表明,硐室的表面位移和深部位移较小,围岩的变形得到有效控制,其支护效果较好,可为类似硐室工程提供一定的借鉴。 In order to keep the stability of large-section chamber in the Deep Mine,and based on totally grasping the physical and mechanical properties and the engineering geological conditions of the surrounding rock of the central distribu- tion chamber in the southeast orebody of a copper mine in Africa,the area around the chamber is divided intofour regions,in- eluding the fractured region,the cracked zone,the elastic zone and the plastic zone according to elastic-plastic theory.Com- bined with the theoretical formula and the engineering analogy method,the combined support scheme of "anchor bolt +anchor cable +steel mesh +sprayed concrete"was proposed,and the supporting parameters were determined by the empirical formula haethod .and monitored on-site.Engineering practice showed that the surface displacement and deep displacement of chamber are less,which means that the deformation of surrounding rock has been effectively controlled.This method has good support- ing effect and can provide references for similar chamber engineering.
