摘要
大型铁器铸造工艺是中国传统冶铸技术的精华,汇集了古代金属发展史上的众多发明创造,具有重要的科学、人文价值。本文通过田野调查记录了山西大同浑源县干模法铸钟技术的工艺过程,并对其学术价值进行讨论,认为这种方法从材料和工艺的角度符合"块范法"的技术特征,具备传统工艺就地取材、操作简便、技术合理等特点,其中包含以铸造排气问题为代表的多项技术发明,补充了学界对我国古代大型铁器铸造技术研究的不足,不仅有非常重要的研究价值,还有必要的保护和传承价值。
The casting process of large iron tools is the essence of Chinese traditional casting technology, which brings together many inventions in the history of ancient metal development.It has important scientific and humanistic value.In this paper,through field investigation,the technological process of bell casting technology in Datong Hunyuan County,Shanxi,is recorded and its academic value is discussed.It is considered that this method conforms to the technical characteristics of the "block model"from the perspective of material and technology, and has the characteristics of traditional technology,such as the use of local materials,simple operation,and reasonable technology.A number of technical inventions represented by the foundry exhaust problem have supplemented the lack of research on the ancient large iron casting technology in China,which not only has very important research value,but also the necessary protection and inheritance value.
